Enable the installation of non–Android Market applications on your Android Device.
1. On your Android device, from the home screen, go to the Settings Panel
2. In API Level:
a. API Level 10
1. In the Settings Panel, choose Applications.
b. API Level 19
1. In the Settings Panel, choose Security.
c. API Level 19 - tablet
1. In the Settings Panel, choose the General tab, then choose Security.
3. Ensure there is a check mark in the Unknown sources check box.
Possible Descriptions:
Unknown sources - Allow installation of non-Market applications
Allow installation of apps from sources other than the Play Store.
4. The pop-up below may display. Just click OK.
Unknown sources
Your device and personal data are more vulnerable
to attack by applications from unknown sources. You
agree that you are solely responsible for any damage
to your device or loss of data that may result from
using these applications
